Troubleshooting tips:

If you are accessing training from a computer:

  • Make sure you are using a recent version of  Google Chrome. If you have any pending updates, they may need to be completed to move forward with training.
  • Clear your browser’s cache, which is typically located under your browser's history settings.
  • Restart your browser. Note: On a Mac you’ll need to fully quit the browser.
  • It is possible that device-specific browser extensions and/or pop-up blockers may be interfering with your training. Try accessing the training from another browser to rule out this possibility.
  • Try using an Incognito Mode browser window. Once you have an Incognito window open on your browser, log into your account and then launch the training.

If you are accessing training from a mobile device:
Our system is compatible with many mobile devices; however, some users may have personal configurations that prevent certain courses from loading. FAQs

At Florida Atlantic, we are committed to health, safety, and wellbeing of our students, faculty, and staff. Vector Solution's Sexual Assault Prevention course is a 2-part module which underscores critical skills to preventing campus sexual violence, including identifying warning signs of (un)healthy relationships, using healthy communication skills, recognizing consent or lack of, bystander intervention, challenging gender socialization and identifying resources available to students in response to critical issues such as dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and sexual harassment. The Vector Solutions course you receive is tailored to match your experience as a traditional undergraduate student under the age of 24, adult learner, or graduate student.

Part 1 is a 1-hour interactive module in which students practice decisions in engaging scenarios, explore tips to improve their relationships with others on campus, and become familiar with university policies & services. An invitation to complete Part 2 will arrive in your student email inbox 30 days after the completion of Part 1. Part 2 is your opportunity to demonstrate how you used skills you learned to make FAU a safe and respectful learning environment for all. The second module will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. FAU students are expected to complete both modules 1 and 2 to satisfy the course requirement.

Why do I have to take this course?
Sexual violence is a national epidemic impacting 26% of college women, 7% of college men, and 23% of trans students. In an effort to address this issue, the Campus SaVE Act requires federally funded universities provide education on sexual violence prevention to all students. At Florida Atlantic, we offer Sexual Assault Prevention by Vector Solutions to all incoming students in compliance with federal regulation and as a priority to promote campus safety.
When do I receive the emails from Vector Solutions?

Students are typically enrolled in their required training within 24 hours of registering for classes for the first time in a new program at Florida Atlantic. You will receive weekly reminder emails until your trainings are complete.

When is my training due?

Each student receives a unique due date posted 30 days after you are first enrolled into Vector Solutions. The corresponding CS hold is dated to activate in a student's second semester and will not impact your first semester of registration at Florida Atlantic.

The hold on my account is dated to start a few months from now, but is blocking me from registering from my courses now.

Future dated holds will block any activity that applies after the start date of the hold. A hold on your student account will block you from registering for any courses that begin after the course start date. Holds are future-dated to minimize disruption to activities that apply to the current semester (i.e., course withdrawal).

I am returning to the university after a couple semesters of leave and now my courses are no longer available, but I still have a hold. How do I resolve this?

If you took a leave of absense after your first semester and had not finished your required trainings, you may still have a hold on your student account when you return. Training assignments expire after 3 months. If you are returning to Florida Atlantic after leave, please reach out to  wellness@health.masiasenventa.com  to have your hold pushed. New assignments will be automatically assigned to you at the start of the next semester.

I finished my trainings, but I keep getting emails about a Mandatory Course Entry Quiz. What is this?

These quizes are not related to Vector Solutions trainings. Students applying for Title IV funds (such as Direct Loans, Pell Grants, SEOG, and Federal Work Study) must complete course entry quizes for each registered course in order for funds to be dispersed. More information about these quizes can be found at:  rtqdfm.masiasenventa.com/finaid/other/course-survey
