Located on the second floor of the Davie Student Union are two state of the art group study spaces, where FAU students can connect their laptops wirelessly to the projector screens. Both PC (Windows) and Macs are accommodated. For more information or to learn how to connect:

The Davie Student Union (also known as the SD Building) hosts a variety of vendors, programs, and services.

The Oasis Lounge is located directly inside the main entrance of the Student Union (on the eastern side, facing the ES & Liberal Arts buildings). Ask the Student Assistant at the Front Desk if you need assistance with anything.
Also available in the Oasis Lounge:
- Free coffee for students, with hot water option for tea
- Free scantrons at the front desk with Owl Card (limit 3/day) (omit BSG reception)
- Study Rooms (two hour limit)
- Plasma televisions to catch up on the latest cable news
- Comfortable couches for relaxing or study

The Owl card has several different uses, including identification, library card, print card, on-campus debit card and will be needed to gain access to events, study rooms, and game equipment.
To obtain one, you’ll need to present a picture ID. All students are required to have a card. The Owl Card Center is located on the second floor of the Union. Our Owl Card Center also acts as the Broward Campuses' Business Services center, so stop by for assistance with parking or to inquire about a refund on campus vending/copy machines
